The Service connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth, retrieves video metadata, and uses AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, and DeepSeek) to suggest improved descriptions. You review, approve, and publish any changes — the Service never modifies your YouTube content without your explicit action.
The Service uses the YouTube Data API v3. Your use of these features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time via Google's Security Settings.
The Service and its underlying technology are owned by TubeBoost.ai LLC. AI-generated descriptions are provided as suggestions; you retain full ownership of any content you publish to your YouTube channel.
The Service is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this website. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may appear on pages you visit. For information about how Google uses data in connection with advertising, see our Privacy Policy and Google's advertising policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TUBEBOOST.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TubeBoost.ai LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth access in your Google account settings.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
