By accessing or using TubeBoost.ai, the AI Powered YouTube Description Optimizer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service helps YouTube creators generate optimized SEO descriptions for their videos using AI models, and publish those descriptions back to YouTube on the user's behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Google account with access to a YouTube channel to use the Service.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of any descriptions you publish to your YouTube videos via the Service.
• You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
• You agree not to use the Service for spam, misleading content, or any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or abuse any of the Service's API endpoints.
• You are responsible for any API costs you incur through your own API keys (e.g. Anthropic).
• You must keep your own API keys secure and not share them with others through the Service.

5. AI-generated content

Descriptions generated by the Service are produced by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI GPT). You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose. AI providers may have their own usage policies that you must also comply with:

• OpenAI Usage Policies

6. YouTube API

By using this Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke this app's access to your account at any time at Google Account Permissions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, nor that AI-generated descriptions will improve your video performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, views, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
