Privacy Policy
TubeBoost.ai LLC · Effective date: May 15, 2026 · Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TubeBoost.ai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("TubeBoost.ai", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use tubeboost.ai (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Google account information — Your name, email address, and profile picture, obtained through Google Sign-In when you connect your YouTube account.
- YouTube channel data — Channel names, video titles, descriptions, view counts, and publication dates, accessed via the YouTube Data API v3 on your behalf. This data is used solely to generate optimized descriptions and is never stored on our servers after your session ends.
- Usage events — Logs of actions (e.g., "generated description", "published video") used to understand how the Service is used. These logs include your email address and the AI model used.
- Settings you enter — Channel niche, footer text, and social links that you type into the setup wizard. These are stored in your browser's local storage only; they are never sent to our servers.
- AI provider proxy — When you generate descriptions, your prompt text is sent from our server to the AI providers we use (DeepSeek, Google Gemini, and OpenAI). We do not store your prompts or generated descriptions on our servers.
- Analytics and advertising data — We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense to serve advertisements. These services collect data about your visit including pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and approximate location via IP address, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service — generating SEO-optimized YouTube descriptions using AI models.
- To improve the Service — analyzing aggregate usage patterns to prioritize features.
- To serve relevant advertisements — Google AdSense may display ads based on your interests and prior visits to websites.
- To measure ad performance — we and our advertising partners analyze how ads are served and interacted with.
- To communicate with you — if you contact us for support.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and advertising purposes. Specifically:
- Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the site and what pages they visit. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Session and preference cookies — We may set first-party cookies to store your preferences (such as your selected AI model) between visits.
4. Google AdSense and Advertising
TubeBoost.ai uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on this website. Google AdSense is an advertising service provided by Google LLC.
About Google AdSense and the DoubleClick Cookie
Google AdSense uses the DoubleClick cookie (and similar tracking technologies) to serve personalized advertisements based on your prior visits to this website and other websites across the internet. The DoubleClick cookie enables Google and its partners to show you ads tailored to your interests. Google AdSense may also use web beacons and pixel tags to understand how you interact with ads.
When you visit TubeBoost.ai, Google AdSense may:
- Set the DoubleClick cookie in your browser to track your browsing activity across websites for ad personalization purposes.
- Collect your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and approximate geographic location.
- Share aggregated data with advertisers about ad performance on this site.

5. YouTube API Services
TubeBoost.ai uses the YouTube Data API v3. By using the Service, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke TubeBoost.ai's access to your Google account at any time via Google's Security Settings.
Limited Use of Google User Data. TubeBoost.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use YouTube account data only to read your channel/video metadata and to publish description updates that you explicitly approve in the app.
- We do not transfer YouTube account data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting app's user interface, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior user notice.
- We do not use YouTube account data to serve advertisements, including retargeted, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read YouTube account data unless we obtain your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.
- OAuth access tokens are stored only in your browser's local storage and are sent to Google's APIs directly from your browser; they are never persisted on our servers.
5.1 Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure
This disclosure is provided to satisfy the requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and explains exactly what YouTube data we access, how our AI processes it, and how we do not share or sell it.
(a) What data we collect via the YouTube API. After you connect your account and grant access, TubeBoost.ai accesses the following through the YouTube Data API v3, acting on your behalf:
- Your Google account profile — name, email address, and profile picture (via Google Sign-In).
- Your channel name(s) and channel ID(s).
- Your videos' titles, descriptions, video IDs, thumbnails, view counts, publication dates, and privacy status.
We access this data only to display your videos in the app and to write back description updates that you explicitly approve.
(b) How that data is processed by our AI. When you choose to optimize a video, the video's title and existing description — together with any niche, keyword, or footer settings you enter — are sent from our server to the AI models we use (DeepSeek, Google Gemini, and OpenAI), acting as our service providers, for the sole purpose of generating suggested, SEO-optimized descriptions. You review and approve every suggestion before anything is published back to YouTube. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not retain your prompts or the AI-generated text on our servers after your request completes.
(c) We do not share or sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained through the YouTube API — including your Google account information, channel data, and video metadata — with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third-party large language model (LLM) provider for that provider's own independent purposes. The only transfer of this data is the transient, request-scoped call to the AI service providers described in (b), made solely to generate the descriptions you request; that data is not used to serve advertising, to build advertising or marketing profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to providing the feature you requested. YouTube account data is never used to serve or personalize advertising.
6. Data Retention
- Login and usage event logs are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- YouTube video data (titles, descriptions, view counts) is processed in real time and not persisted on our servers.
- Browser local storage data (settings, generated descriptions) remains on your device until you clear it.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and server-side rate limiting. OAuth tokens are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our servers except as required to complete YouTube API calls.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at admin@tubeboost.ai.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
